Quality Assurance Panel
The Quality Assurance Panel (QAP) has an operational role on the supervision of the quality of the work carried out. It works closely with the Project Manager to supervise the quality of deliverables and is responsible for the follow-up and assessments of organized initiatives. The panel approves work completed as satisfactorily achieved before moving on to the next phase. In order to ensure the success of capacity building and networking activities, the QAP develops qualitative indicators and assures that corrective measures are taken, if needed. Members of the QAP are: Carmen Ceinos Kohn, Evelina Santa, Staislav Stipek and the two NCPs Sabine Steiner-Lange and Ylva Huber.
Advisory Board of External Experts
The Advisory Board of External Experts (ABEE) brings an external view to the project and complements the expertise of the network by providing input and advice with regard to transnational cooperation in the health sector. In particular, the external advisors monitor the extent to which the project remains in accordance with the objectives and the national responsibilities of NCPs and pre-existing EC support services. The ABEE works together with the QAP and has advisory functions on the strategy to achieve the project objectives. Members of the ABEE are Manfred Horvat, Miomir Knezevic and Khotso Mokhele.
