Twinning and Staff Exchange

Staff Exchange Programme 

The objective of this Programme is to give HEALTH NCPs the opportunity to learn from each other by working for a week in other colleague organization. This exchange can occur between any two NCPs or Contact Points in IICPCs. You may find all the details on rules of participation in the Terms of Reference   and you can apply here  .    

Twinning Programme 

HEALTH-NCP-NET twinning programme has the aim to couple NCPs and ICPC CPs for guaranteeing advice in their daily job. Less experienced participants have been twinned to more experienced ones to exchange best practices, experiences and suggestions about FP7 activities.

The 1st round of the twinning program will be open by December 2008 and will last for one year. After the end of the first year less experienced NCPs and ICPC CPs taking advantage of their twinning experience c an act as more experienced NCPs and ICPCs CPs for the second round of twinning.

So far 23 twins groups have been created for this first twinning programme and they will be working together until December 2009. For further information please find here the list of twinning partners  and the code of conduct  .  

  


Multiple Staff Exchange at FFG, Austria

Health-NCP-NET is offering to all Health National Contact Points and ICPC Contact Points the possibility to participate in a multiple staff exchange experience. You are invited to visit the FFG (Austrian research promotion agency) offices, where the Unit for European and International Programmes hosts all FP7 NCPs, and in addition has been actively involved as coordinators and partners in a lot of FP6 and FP7 projects.

The first day of the 3-day Staff Exchange is aimed at "getting to know FFG" (presentations about how we work, meet other NCP Colleagues, etc.). On the second and third day we offer the opportunity to participate in a "Train the Trainer" course - a course only aimed at p ersons having to train others and wanting to design their training in a more innovative and more didactically valuable manner. Since this course has a number of max. 10 participants, please refer to the accompanying "Staff Exchange proposal" for the exact content of the training and the selection criteria, and use the correct application form.
